Wondergirl 5K community run and 1-mile fun run/walk a Huge Success.

GOTR Keeps Growing!
Girls on the Run McHenry County started with 14 participants in 2007 and has rapidly expanded to 137 today. Meeting sites are currently at Lincoln Prairie Elementary in Algonquin; Deerpath Elementary School in Cary; and in Crystal Lake, West Elementary, Canterbury Elementary, Healthbridge Fitness Center and Prairie Grove Middle School.
Five new sites were recently added: Conley Elementary School in Algonquin, North and Husmann elementary in Crystal Lake and Prairie Hill School and Maplewood Elementary in Cary.
