Coaching is the most time consuming - and most rewarding position available! You will go through a GOTR training program and will meet with your girls twice a week for 10-weeks. You will be their biggest cheerleader on race day! You do not need to be a runner! If you care about girls and helping them out of the girl-box - this
job is for you!
